Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga suitable for all levels including beginners. It is designed to align your muscles and bones and open the many channels of the body especially the main channel –the spine –so that energy can flow freely. Hatha Yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites in our physical body so we can develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We will also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each posture helping us to relax into a state of bliss.
